✿ Please look over my salon / cancellation policies listed below before booking an appointment ✿ Hi, my name is Victoria! I am a hairstylist located in Karns. I work out of a private salon suite, where my goal is to provide a safe and accepting space for all women. I specialize in color services; lived in blondes, dimensional brunettes, bright reds, and everything in between. From a young age I found joy in the art of makeup and the beauty industry, which led me to pursue cosmetology as a career. I take pride in having the opportunity to express my artistry through hair. The most important thing behind the chair to me is integrity and listening. In my chair I care about my guests and having them feel heard and valued. When I am not behind the chair you can find me spending time with my fiancé, Eli, or my sister. I am also an animal lover having two cats and two dogs! I hope to see you soon! *:・゚✧*:・゚✧ Please consider the following prior to booking an appointment *:・゚✧*:・゚✧ ✿ I do not provide haircuts, color services, or any chemical services on children age 13 or younger. I also do not provide men’s/clipper haircuts. ✿ Please do not bring infants or children to your appointment. I am in a small space using chemicals and tools that could be a hazard. There are no exceptions to this rule. ✿ There is not additional seating inside my studio. If you bring company to your appointment, they are welcome to sit in the waiting area at the front of the building. ✿ Please arrive to your color appointment with clean and dry hair. ✿ Color services may take 2-4 hours, so please feel welcome to bring any food or beverages with you! ✿ While I take all precautions against it, there is always a chance color may stain clothing. It’s recommended to wear clothing that is less important to you. Please avoid wearing hoodies or turtle neck sweaters as they interfere with coloring and haircuts. ✿ I am in suite 7. To get to my suite, go through the front entrance, then the right side hallway. My suite is at the back end of the hall.

Cancellation Policy

Debit/Credit card information is required in order to book an appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 40% cancellation fee. NO SHOW POLICY: If you don't show up to your appointment without any notice, you'll be charged 60% of the service total. LATE POLICY: If you are running behind, please notify me as soon as possible so that I can make every effort to accommodate you. However, please understand that if you arrive late, it may not be possible to complete the intended service within the allocated time frame. In the event that you do not communicate your lateness and arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-show. As stated in the policy, a no-show fee may be charged in such cases. REDO POLICY: I strive to ensure that every client leaves satisfied with their service. Redo appointments will only be offered if the color or haircut does not align with the desired look agreed upon during the consultation, indicating a mistake on my part or miscommunication. Clients who receive the requested color or haircut but later change their mind, want a different color/cut, or those who feel dissatisfied based on external opinions from family or friends, will not be eligible for a redo. All redo requests must be communicated within 5 days of the original service, and appointments should be scheduled promptly. Please note that if a significant amount of time has passed since the initial service, a redo will no longer be an option. Thank you for your understanding and support.
